Site work for a water / sewer project in Mayodan, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of 10/30/25 per the Civil Engineer: The bid opening has been postponed at this time. Revised contract documents and a new bid date will be issued by the end of the week** This project consists of the replacement of the existing pumps at the influent pump station. This project will also include coating of the wet well and all pump station piping. Electrical components will also be replaced and include the installation of new variable frequency drives. The Project has an expected duration of 150 days to substantial completion and 180 days to final payment. Question Deadline 12/04/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
