The State of California (State), Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Fleet and Asset Management (OFAM) owns and operates multiple parking facilities. Pursuant to Government Code 14678, OFAM is procuring daily parking facility management services, to maintain motor vehicle parking facilities owned and operated by DGS. OBAS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received and to accept all or any portion of a bid, if deemed in the best interest of the State and not contrary to law. OBAS's waiver of any immaterial deviation or defect will in no way modify the IFB documents or excuse the contractor from full compliance with the IFB specification, if awarded the contract.
