Renovation of a military facility in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade military facility.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Latrine Plumbing Repairs located at Meadowview Armory, 3250 Meadowview Road, Sacramento, CA 95832. Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, labor and equipment to make the necessary repairs to the Handicap latrine at the Meadowview Armory. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 37112 - DO NOT OPEN. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk at the specified location and time, arrive early, and bring business cards. Failure to arrive on time may result in disqualification. Prospective bidders shall not proceed directly to the job site unless directed to do so in writing by the Contracting Officer. Prospective bidders must sign-in prior to the start of the job walk, attend the entire pre-bid job walk, and be present for roll call at the conclusion. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-36 - Plumbing Contractor license, or subcontract to one. All questions regarding the IFB must be submitted to the contact provided by the stated deadline. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening.
