Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Simi Valley, California. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The work includes the rehabilitation and coating of twenty-six manholes with varying depths. Tasks involve confined space entry, step removal, manhole cleaning, surface preparation, mineral deposit removal, concrete spot repairs, repairing or reconstructing and recoating manhole base, shelves, and channels (1 inch below low-flow water line), infiltration mitigation, manhole coating and testing, traffic control, and all appurtenant work. The sewer manholes are located within the public right-of-way and sewer easements on private property.
