Site work and paving for a road / highway in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
This work consists of sealing cracks in arterial and collector roadways in Preventive Maintenance Zone 0 & 1 in Boise and Meridian, Idaho. All construction shall conform to the currently adopted Edition of the Idaho Standards for Public Works Construction (ISPWC) and approved supplements, for use in the ACHD rights-of-way, except as modified. Any bridge construction shall conform to the currently adopted Edition of State of Idaho Standard Specifications for Highway Construction including current supplements and standard drawings. Only electronically sealed bids will be accepted and must be submitted via the ACHD's eProcurement portal. Manual/paper bids are deemed non-responsive. Bidders must register on the eProcurement portal; no fee is incurred to bid. Bid results will be available from the portal after opening. Proposals must be accompanied by an original, photocopy, or electronic version of certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond issued by a surety authorized in Idaho in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total proposal. All questions or requests for clarification must be submitted in writing through the Q&A section of the eProcurement Portal by the stated deadline.
