Question Deadline 11/10/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Anticipated Release of Answers to Questions: 11/13/2025. Proposer Demonstrations: Will be scheduled following the RFP's closure upon the request of the University's Evaluation Team. Validity of Proposal: Proposals are to remain valid for one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after the scheduled RFP Closing Date. Proposals submitted with a validity period of less than this will be found non-responsive and will not be considered. Term of Contract: Initial term of the Contract will be for one (1) year. The parties may extend the term under the same terms and conditions annually, upon mutual written consent of the parties, for up to five (5) years. The University, designated as a doctoral research institution by the Carnegie Classification of Institutions of Higher Education, offers studies in nearly 200 fields of interest including twelve (14) doctoral fields. Undergraduate, graduate, doctoral and technical programs are available in eight colleges: Arts and Sciences, Business and Economics, Education, Engineering, Graduate Studies, Health Sciences, Innovation and Design, and School of Public Service. Boise State University (BSU) is a vibrant hub of innovation, community engagement, and world-class entertainment in the heart of Idaho. It is home to the nationally recognized blue turf of Albertson's Stadium and the iconic Extra Mile Arena venues, and BSU serves as a cornerstone for unforgettable experiences across its sporting events, cultural engagements, and live concert experiences. Current Capacities Albertsons Stadium (36,500-person capacity): and; Extra Mile Arena (12,500-person capacity): Flexible seating capacities between 1,100 and 12,500, with athletics events, concerts, comedy, family shows, sporting and community events. Boise State is a public university that works in consultation with the Idaho Department of Public Works (DPW), this assessment is conceptual in nature and will assist with the University's master planning activities. Specifically excluded from this scope are any activities that include: Purchase of the services of architects, engineers, and other consultants to prepare plans, program documents, life cycle cost studies, energy analysis, and other studies associated with any new building, alteration, repair, demolition or improvement and to supervise the construction or execution of such projects.
