This project involves the cured-in-place rehabilitation of approximately 8 linear feet of 8-inch, 1,618 linear feet of 27-inch, and 866 linear feet of 33-inch diameter concrete sewer main using Fiberglass UV Cured in Place liner. Work includes service reconnections, service reinstatements, lining of existing manholes, and other related work, with the project located in Sherwood Street, southerly on Earle Street, and easterly on University Drive for a total of approximately 2,492 linear feet. Bids must be prepared according to the provided specifications and submitted electronically via the JAGGAER platform. The bid must be signed and submitted in the required format, with all required documents uploaded, including the Bid Signature Page and Bid Bond. If using subcontractors for plumbing, HVAC, or electrical work, subcontractors must be named as required by Idaho Code, or the general contractor must be appropriately licensed to self-perform these specialties. Forms for equal or equivalent requests must be downloaded from the Buyer Attachments Tab, completed, signed, and submitted prior to the bid due date. Bids must be electronically time stamped by the deadline. Failure to comply with these instructions may render a bid nonresponsive.
