Renovation of a day care center in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade day care center.
Sealed bids are invited for the Lincoln Early Learning Center Window Replacement. The Owner retains the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality or irregularity, and award a contract deemed in the Owner's best interest. This is a Construction Management/General Contracting Project. Bids for separate work packages must use the bid forms provided in the bid documents. Performance and Payment Bonds totaling 100% of the contract amount are required within 10 days after receipt of a properly prepared agreement between Beniton and the Trade Contractor; these bonds must be included in the bid amount unless the contract is $10,000 or less, in which case bonds are not required. Trade Contractors must be licensed in Idaho as per state laws. Contract documents may be obtained from Beniton Construction; a $200 deposit is refundable if a bid is submitted and documents are returned in good condition within 10 days of the bid date. Subcontractors can receive PDF bid documents from Beniton Construction at no charge. Question Deadline - 11/14/2025
