Site work for a water / sewer project in Crescent City, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
As of January 29, 2026 Project has not been awarded. No definite date for award Construction of approximately 1,650 LF of 12" PVC DR 18 water main, 1,550 LF of 8" PVC DR 18 water main, 60 LF of 6" PVC DR 18 water main, 50 LF of 4" PVC DR 18 water main, fire hydrant assembly, and connection to existing mains. The project includes alternates to extend 4 and 12 water mains, as well as alternate installation methods using directional drilling of fusible PVC material. Bidder must be licensed by the Construction Industry Licensing Board in the State of Florida and must have completed as prime contractor a minimum of 3 projects of a similar nature within the past 5 years, each with a minimum contract value of $500,000 and at least one project in excess of $750,000. Bid security must be furnished as required. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders. Question Deadline 11/27/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
