The agency is seeking bids from qualified and licensed entities to perform installation of security cameras and related equipment at designated sites, as well as maintenance of these devices. The work includes installation of new security cameras and maintenance of both newly installed and existing cameras, intercom systems, and related devices, as specified in the corresponding attachments. Bidders are responsible for reviewing and complying with all terms, conditions, and instructions associated with the project. The work shall consist of, as detailed herein and within Attachment H-1 through H-14, Scope of Work and Product Specifications, and H-15 Scope of Work for Electronic Security Maintenance Services, to perform the required installation of security cameras and related equipment at the SMHA sites designated in the attached documents as well as maintenance of the devices (both new installations and cameras, intercom systems and related devices which were installed previously and detailed in Attachment H-15 (Attachment A). Please note that the installations shown in Attachment H-15 (Attachment A) have utilized Axis M-3116-LVE as the Outdoor Cameras and Axis M-3066-V as the Indoor Cameras. While utilizing these cameras is not required for any new cameras installations, any camera proposed by any contractor is required to be "or equal" as stated in Section 2.2.13. Any camera that is proposed must be compatible with the existing cameras and be "nonproprietary" in nature, meaning that they can be installed and serviced by other vendors.
