Complex Care and Research Unit - RPTs. BC Cancer - Vancouver - Complex Care Theranostics Renovation (the "Project"). This project involves the renovation of the fifth floor of the Vancouver Cancer Center to accommodate a Complex Care Unit consisting of theranostics rooms, a hot lab, and waste room with area of 163 sq.f. TIMELINE: Provincial Health Services Authority (the "Authority") has issued this Request for Proposals ("RFP") for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services for the project. Further update in early 2026, pending selection of a preferred proponent. *Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for Acute Care Projects >1M are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for Acute Care Projects >1M. Proponents proposing to use Sub-Consultants for the following disciplines should use firms that are included on the Authority's pre-qualified list of engineers (pre-qualified for any fee category): structural; mechanical; electrical.
