SCOPE The Kent County Sheriff's Office is soliciting bids to remove the existing 10-ton Roof Top AHU and existing 10-ton condensing unit and replace it with a 10-ton Roof Top Energy Recovery Unit, including tying into the existing roof gas line. The scope of services shall include, but not be limited to, the following requirements: o Crane Service to remove existing equipment and install new equipment o Removal & disposal of existing 100% outdoor air make-up air unit o Removal & disposal of existing 10-ton condensing unit o Recovery & disposal of refrigerant o Cutting & capping of hot water piping o Installation of curb adapter o Installation of one (1) new 10-ton energy recovery unit with 100% outside air o Gas piping, valves and fittings o Regulators o Electrical o Factory start up and operations check o One (1) year parts and labor warranty o Five (5) year factory compressor warranty o 10-year factory heat exchanger warranty o Contractor is responsible for all permits o Connect new unit to the existing Building Management System through Control Logic, pricedseparately o Photos included in Exhibit A Dimensions, if furnished, are for general reference only and should be verified by Respondent. Kent County will award and contract for the goods and services in this Solicitation in an efficient and timely manner. In no event will notification of award be more than 45 days from the date of submission. Once the project commences, work will be continuous until completion.
