Cowlitz County Purchasing Services is seeking separate sealed bids for public works projects involving on-call electrical services at the Headquarters Landfill and on-call services at Tennant Way Landfill. Each project requires its own standalone bid package, which must be clearly marked and submitted individually. Combined bids will not be accepted. Bids must be mailed or delivered in person. Bid documents and addenda are available online, and bidders are responsible for checking for updates. All bid proposals must include a deposit of five percent of the bid proposal, in the form of cash, certified check, cashier’s check, or surety bond. If the successful bidder fails to enter into contract and provide satisfactory performance bond within the time specified, the deposit will be forfeited. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any immaterial irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bidding process. All submitted documents become public record.
