The current negotiated goal for construction related activitiesis 5.4% (the total goal is based on 3.1% of MBEs and 2.3% of WBEs participation). Question Deadline 11/14/2025 Bidder must submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. The Project includes the following Work: The replacement of the 24-inch sanitary trunk line along Perry Street in the City of Kenton including the connections of existing sanitary laterals and replacement of sanitary manholes. The Contractor shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages. Attention of the Bidder is called to the various insurance requirements and various equal opportunity provisions. This procurement is subject to the EPA policy of encouraging the participation of small business in rural areas (SBRAs).
