1. The vendor will utilize recognized industry standards to professionally clean interior and exterior windows and follow all Federal, State and OSHA Regulations while performing this work on NBC Buildings. 2. The vendor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, safety equipment and supplies to properly accomplish the full window cleaning service for buildings specified herein. 3. Services will be performed by the vendor during regular hours of operation in the various buildings. 4. The vendor is to coordinate all work with the NBC Facilities' Site Contact Representative for the building window's being cleaned. The NBC Site Representative must sign a service ticket to authenticate that the service was performed for each building. A copy of this signed ticket must be included with each monthly invoice. The Blanket Requirement is November 1, 2025 - October 31, 2026. NBC reserves the right to extend the agreement for three (3) additional twelve (12) month periods. Continuance of this agreement shall be contingent upon satisfactory performance, continued need for services and available funds. The Purchasing Officer reserves the right to consider and accept alternate forms and plans of insurance or to require additional or more extensive coverage for any individual requirement. Successful bidders shall provide certificates of coverage, reflecting the Narragansett Bay Commission as an additional insured, to the NBC Purchasing Department, forty-eight (48) hours prior to the commencement of work, as a condition of award. Failure to comply with this provision shall result in rejection of the offeror's bid.
