High School Security Fencing for Kennedale ISD. Type of work includes civil and fencing projects. The work is to be performed at the high school stadium located in Tarrant County, Texas. Work generally includes but is not necessarily limited to: demolition and removal of existing chain link fence and gates, procurement and installation of a new non-scalable wrought iron fence, gates, and hardware, procurement and installation of new non-scalable chain link fence, gates, and hardware, refurbishing of existing wrought iron fencing, and all associated appurtenances to provide a complete and secure fencing system; Additive alternates for the installation of concrete mow strips beneath new fencing and replacement of existing wrought iron fencing in lieu of refurbishment. Contracts will be awarded on the basis of the lowest responsive proposal complying with the conditions of the Proposal Package provided it is in the best interest of Owner. The Owner, however, reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality in proposals received whenever any such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of the Owner KISD is an Equal Opportunity Employers.
