The Project includes providing all necessary labor and materials for the construction, complete in place, of the following approximate quantities: 43,000 S Y Remove Bituminous Pavement 34,200 C Y Excavation - Common 10,800 C Y Common Embankment (CV) 33,700 TON Aggregate Base Course Class 5 13,700 TON Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix (2;C) 5,700 L F Concrete Curb & Gutter Design B618 2,900 L F Concrete Curb & Gutter Design D418 2,150 C Y Common Topsoil Borrow 440 L F 12" RC Pipe Sewer Class V The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
