The project consists of the 2026 Street Improvements and includes the following construction items with approximate quantities: removal of bituminous driveway pavement (1,066 sq yd), removal of concrete pavement (403 sq yd), common excavation (450 cu yd), aggregate base Class 5 (CV) (626 cu yd), full depth reclamation (8") (5,240 sq yd), milling bituminous surface (2,575 sq yd), bituminous driveway replacement (1,022 sq yd), concrete driveway replacement (367 sq yd), Type SP 9.5 wearing course mix (2,C) (755 tons), Type SP 12.5 non-wearing course mix (2,C) (701 tons), concrete curb & gutter design B618 (279 lin ft), silt fence type MS (780 lin ft), filter berm type 4 (3,422 lin ft), screened topsoil borrow (322 cu yd), and hydraulic reinforced fiber matrix (2,730 pounds). Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a unit price basis and must include a 5% Bid Security.
