The work of this project will take place in Hammond, Oregon and will consist of, but is not limited to furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and superintendence necessary for the following: Remove and Replace the existing rock/rubble embankment on the south bank of the Columbia River, adjacent to the Seafarer's Park viewpoint. The work will be accomplished in the Fall/Winter of 2025. In general, the elements of work include, but are not limited to: 1. Excavation and Waste haul Existing riprap/rubble. 2. Placement of Type 2 Riprap Geotextile Fabric. 3. Placement of ODOT, 3" Well Graded fill. 4. Placement of ODOT, Class 700 Riprap. 5. Placement of HMAC surface restoration. 6.
