OMD is soliciting sealed Bids for the above named Project, located in Warrenton, OR. Construction cost for bonding purposes only is estimated to be $75K to $105K for Base Bid. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Install four (4) groundwater monitoring wells in accordance with the Camp Rilea Wastewater Treatment Facility Groundwater Monitoring Plan (the Plan), beginning on Page 6, Section 2.4 New RIB Groundwater Monitoring Wells. The Wells shall be installed to the specified depths identified in the plan, up to a maximum of 55 feet below ground surface. Perform well development on each newly installed monitoring well to ensure accurate sampling and monitoring performance. Survey and record the top of casing elevations for all monitoring wells, both new and existing, for a total of nine (9) wells.
