UND is searching for Architectural Consultant firms to assist the University in expanding the School of Medicine and Health Sciences (SMHS) Minot Center for Family Medicine facility. The University of North Dakota extends an invitation to interested Design Professional firms to submit their qualifications to provide design services for the Northwest Campus located alongside the Minot Center for Family Medicine Project located in Minot, North Dakota. This project is part of a comprehensive plan to expand the Minot Center for Family Medicine facility to include the Northwest Campus mediccal student education location. This project aims to expand the current Minot Center for Family Medicine facility to include new offices, conference room, medical student study and breakroom and possible garage for the SMHS Minot Campus and the SMHS Simulation Center. It is anticipated that this new building will be an addition to the existing SMHS Minot Center for Family Medicine (CFM) facility. ition to the existing SMHS Minot Center for Family Medicine (CFM) facility. The existing parking lot will also need to be expanded to accommodate approximately another 30 parking spaces.
