Description

Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Minot, North Dakota. Conceptual plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade fire / police facility.

Architect and engineering services are needed to remodel a building at 515 2nd Avenue SW in Minot, currently used as the Minot Police Station and parts of the former City Hall. Firms must submit 5 bound copies and one digital copy in PDF format, labeled "Qualifications Submittal for Minot Police Station Remodel City Project 4970." Submissions must be sent to the Chief of Police office by 4:00 pm December 12th, 2025. Detailed information is available at the Police Department Office during regular business hours or by telephone. The City of Minot reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The City is committed to providing non-discriminatory service and will provide reasonable accommodations for disabilities, language interpretation for LEP individuals, and translations as needed. As of May 19, 2026, an issuance of short-listed firms has not been released. A design firm selection timeline has not been disclosed.
