This includes approximately 8,758 linear feet of 8-inch PC 350 Ductile Iron Pipe and C900 DR 18 PVC Gravity Sewer with all related accessories as shown on the plans and described in the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications. Bids are to be based on Unit Price Items. The project must be substantially complete within 270 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Each bidder must deposit with their bid a security in the amount of 5%, subject to the conditions provided in the section titled 'INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS.' No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty days after the date of bid opening.
