Question Deadline 11/13/2025 at 5:00 PM ET online submisison. Scope of Work: This project is an interior renovation of an existing office building. Refer to the drawings package for more detailed information. Selective demolition of walls for new door openings. Removal and reuse of existing acoustical ceiling tiles and grid to the greatest extent possible, purchasing new to match existing as required / indicated. Removal and reuse of existing light fixtures, diffusers and other ceiling mounted devices. Construction of new offices, including stud wall partitions, flush wood doors and hollow metal frames. Door hardware to match existing. A coordination meeting will be required with the owner to discuss the function of each hardware set and required keying prior to procurement. New carpet to match existing as indicated on the finish plan including new wall base. Millwork reception desk / service counter. Relocation of existing sprinkler heads Partial removal of existing ductwork and new ductwork to support new office layout. Relocation of existing diffusers where feasible, new to match existing as required. Existing light fixtures, some to remain, others relocated to accommodate new office layout. New fixtures in receiving / Storage area. New power and data locations to support new office layout. Card reader access control at entries, wireless access point and security cameras. All interior prime and painting will be done by owner. New wall preparation by contractor to be level 4 finish. Replacement of existing hot water heater. Modifications to the fire alarm panel as required by scope of new work.
