Participating in this RFI process does not preclude a qualified Contractor from bidding on a construction contract for this project in the future but will help the City to gain further insight on potential construction means and methods prior to selecting a preferred alignment, structure type, replacement method, and completing the design. All information shared with the City by any contractor during this process shall be assumed to be proprietary unless generally considered and/or known as common construction practice or the same/similar information is provided by more than one (1) firm.
