Academy District 20 is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to design and make drainage improvements, plumbing infrastructure improvements and window replacements at Rockrimmon Elementary School. Design to be done by a licensed design professional in the State of Colorado. Design will include a set of construction documents with sufficient information, details and specifications that clearly define the work required. The Contractor will be expected to provide specific design and construction management services as described below: a. Project Control - Monitor the work of the subcontractors and coordinate the work with the activities and responsibilities of the District and Architect/Engineer to complete the project in accordance with the Districts objectives of cost, time and quality. b. Maintain a competent full-time staff at the project site to coordinate and provide general direction of the work and progress of the subcontractors on the project.
