Demolition and site work for a transportation facility in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade transportation facility.

Per the Owner - the plans and specs for the above-mentioned project contain Sensitive Security Information (SSI) and a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is needed in order to receive them. Scope of Work shall include, but not be limited to: Provide all labor, equipment and materials for the demolition of the existing grease interceptor located at MIA Gate D11 and replacement with a new hydromechanical grease interceptor, solids separator, and sampling port, along with associated electrical and plumbing work and pavement restoration. Contractor shall review all documents, specifications, and scope of work provided by Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD) for work to be completed. Please refer to the Plans for further description of the scope of work. The selected contractor must possess: A valid license required to perform work in the following trade: General Contractor License. A minimum of 5 years experience performing work in their specific trade, or qualified experience as determined by MDAD if a new firm is established by key employees with prior relevant experience. Proof that their respective firms have been regularly and successfully engaged in work related to their specific trade for a minimum of one year. Bidders are responsible for participating in the mandatory pre-bid meeting conference call and site visit. Failure to participate will result in the contractor/company being considered non-responsive. If you have any questions, contact Armando Amet at 305-876-7868.
