**As of December 4th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Project work consists of but is not limited to the following: interior renovation of Gamble Hall located on the UND Campus in Grand Forks, ND. UND will be accepting sealed bids for General, Mechanical, Electrical, and Full project scopes for this renovation. Bidders are required to submit their proposals on the forms contained in the contract documents via UNDs Jaggaer portal. The following items must be included with the bid proposal: the bid proposal form in its entirety, bid bond form, and North Dakota Contractor's License. Three clearly marked responses are required in Jaggaer: the company's contractor's license, the company's bid bond, and the company's bid form. The bid bond must be executed by a corporation authorized to contract as a surety in the State of North Dakota in an amount not less than 5% of the bid amount. All bidders must hold a valid North Dakota Contractor's license of the proper class for the full amount of the bid as required by North Dakota Law. Bids must be in accordance with and submitted on the bid form supplied within the bid documents. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities. The lowest responsible bidder meeting the requirements will be awarded the contract, with criteria including bid amount and past performance. The successful bidder will be required to provide a certificate showing all taxes due to the State of North Dakota have been paid, Worker's Compensation Insurance Certificate, Certificate of Insurance including North Dakota Stop Gap coverage, Company Safety Manual, Performance and Payment Bond, and Waiver of Subrogation at contract execution.
