General Requirements - Certified Payroll - FOB Destination - Installation Required - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Bid security in the form of a certified check or bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany each bid. Make payable to the Owner. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance bond and labor and material bond in the amount of 100% of the contract within 14 calendar days after having been informed by the University of Intent to award the contract. Insurance: You must supply a copy of your insurance certificate (informational only) with your bid response. Bids shall remain firm for 120 days from the date of bid opening.
