Bid date desp- The proposal shall be properly filled out, with all pages intact, signed, enclosed in the sealed bid envelope provided, sealed and plainly marked with a descriptive title of the work to be done. The Proposal shall be filed in the office of the Procurement Department of the Commission prior to the time designated in the advertisement for the opening of proposals. Question Deadline 11/09/2025 at 5:00 PM ET All questions as to the interpretation of the plans and specifications shall be submitted in writing to the Chief Engineer and written answers to such questions will be sent by the Chief Engineer to every individual or firm on record as having taken a set of specifications. No questions will be answered unless received at least ten (10) days prior to the expiration of the time set for filing bids.
