Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Parma, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project includes the following Work: Prefabricated pedestrian bridge, boardwalk, sidewalk, site furnishings, interpretive signage, and associated site grading. Principal items of work include but are not limited to: 1 LSUM Pedestrian bridge, prefabricated steel, 8’ x 50’ and Concrete Abutments 620 Sft Structure, Timber, Boardwalk Ramp, and Helical Piers 1,000 Cyd Earthwork 2,700 Sft Sidewalk, Conc, 4 inch Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
