Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bedford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Questions regarding this project shall be submitted in writing and emailed to Jeanette Rebecchi, DPW Capital Program Manager at jrebecchi@befordma.gov on or before the close of business (4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday) on November 12, 2025. Improvements to the intersection of Great Road and Hillside Ave/Bacon Road, as well as drainage system upgrades. Work to be performed includes: traffic signal installation, pavement striping, sidewalk and curb ramp installation, paving of a shared-use-path, laying of new drainage pipe, and the installation of two subsurface infiltration basins. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
