This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Environment and Climate Change ("ECC") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for design and construction of a new comfort camping cabin in Hecla-Grindstone, Manitoba as further described in "Appendix A Specifications" and Attached Drawings (the "Work"). The Proponent must utilize the design-build service delivery methodology and a full range of professional consultants and contractor services during the design and construction phases of the project. The work is being done in Hecla-Grindstone Provincial Park, Manitoba. The Cabin will be located within the Gull Harbour Campground.
