Manitoba Conservation and Climate would like to construct a roof shelter to protect the historic Blue Streak II Fishing Boat, located in Hecla Village in Hecla-Grindstone Provincial Park. The structure will help to keep rain and snow from further damaging the wood boat. A conceptual design for the shelter has been developed. Manitoba Conservation and Climate is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to provide: - Detailed Structural Design and Install of cast-in-place reinforced concrete pile foundation - Detailed Structural Design and Install of wood post and beam shelter structure with wood truss roof and metal roofing/soffits Official bid documents must be obtained from Merx and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
