Reference Number 0000306008 Question Deadline 11/21/2025 at 12:00 PM CT Pricing Lump sum Enter into a 2 year agreement to supply and apply approximately 40,000 tonnes of Traffic Gravel Class “C” per year. Supply approx 38,000 tonnes of Traffic Gravel Class “C” to specified roads and the remainder of the tonnage to be deliverd as a stockpile in the RM yard at the end for the contract. The RM will endeavor to be plus or minus 15% of tendered quantity. The RM reserves the right to add or remove roads and adjust quantities as needed. Ability to provide timely unlimited gravel for flood events at the same cost. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
