**As of January 2nd, 2026, bids were cancelled. No definite date for the rebid.** The State of Montana, Department of Public Health & Human Services, on behalf of the Helathcare Facilities Practice, is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Boiler Replacement. A more complete description of the (supply/service) is provided in (location). Bids submitted in response to this IFB must comply with the instructions and procedures presented herein. The Eastern Montana Veterans Home (EMVH) seeks qualified Offerors to provide and install one new boiler system to replace an existing outdated boiler system. The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain competitive offers for the removal of the existing boiler system, procurement of a new boiler, and installation of the new system. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary to complete the project in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
