Dawson Community College is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced carpet cleaning service firms to provide comprehensive, seasonal cleaning for student housing facilities. The vendor will be responsible for cleaning designated carpeted areas of college dormitories in accordance with industry standards and institutional expectations. The college operates four residential buildings with approximately forty-five apartment-style units. Each unit will have housed up to four students during the academic year. The scope is for deep carpet cleaning only and does not include maintenance due to damage or aging. Preference is to award a single contract, but proposals for partial completion will be considered. Work may begin upon contract award and must be completed by August 12, 2026, with units made available on a rolling basis, ideally some before August 1, 2026.
