Scope of work includes: Demolition: Remove wooden windows between waiting room and office. Install new replacement window. Frame in doorway and install new security window. Remove and replace fixtures in the Courtroom bathroom. Remove fixtures from bathroom in Courtroom Storage Room. Remove counter from Circuit Clerk Office. Finishes: Frame and drywall Circuit Clerk Office (cover all conduit). Install counter with cabinets in front of security window. Install drop ceiling to cover ductwork, including vented tiles for proper airflow. Reroute existing electrical to a power pole that supports computer data cables. Drywall bathroom in Courtroom. Drywall ceiling in Courtroom Storage Room. Repair door to Circuit Clerk Office. Clean and dispose of all construction debris. Miscellaneous requirements: Contractor must hold a valid Illinois State Contractor's License. Contractor must maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
