Sealed bids are requested for Sewer System Improvements Phase II (DRA Project No. MS-54933) for the City of Itta Bena. The contract documents available for examination include the Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Bid, Bid Bond, Agreement, Payment Bonds, Performance Bond, Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed, Change Order, General Conditions, Supplemental General Conditions, Drawings, Specifications, and Addenda. Bid documents can be accessed in paper or digital form upon registration. Minority and woman-owned business enterprises are encouraged to bid and inquire about subcontracting, equipment, materials, and supply needs. The City is an Equal Opportunity Employer and will not discriminate in awarding contracts. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the best interest of the Owner. Bids may be held by the Owner for up to 60 days while reviewing bids and investigating bidders' qualifications prior to awarding the contract. Should a bidder find discrepancies in, or omissions from the specifications or other contract documents, or should he be in doubt as to the true meaning of any part thereof, he should at once submit to Willis Engineering, Inc., P.O. Drawer 160, Grenada, MS 38902, a written request for an interpretation.
