This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by West Hants Regional Municipality (WHRM) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Little River Bridge Construction. Scope of Work Remove existing bridge. Site excavation and preparation. Concrete foundations with engineered stamped drawings. Install steel frame bridge (30m span, 4m width, 10-ton capacity) with wooden deck and side rails. Provide complete engineered drawings and design documentation stamped by a professional engineer.
