This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by West Hants Regional Municipality (WHRM) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Elmcroft Playground Replacement, as further described in the RFP Deliverables set out in Appendix A. The Contractor shall: 1. Conduct a site review and confirm grades, access points, and installation requirements. 2. Design, supply, deliver, and install all play new structures, surfacing, borders, and ancillary site furnishings. 3. Provide all labour, equipment, and materials necessary for a turnkey installation, including: o Excavation, base preparation, and subgrade compaction o Installation of play equipment and footings o Installation of accessible hard surfacing o Site restoration and cleanup 4. Provide all required certifications, warranties, and as-built drawings.
