Site work for a communication facility in Windsor, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.

Supply, deliver, install, test, and commission one exterior double-sided LED electronic message sign complete with supporting structure, electrical connections, software, and training. The LED display must be a full color RGB display, with a minimum 6mm pixel pitch, display size of 10ft (w) x 5ft (h) or close based on cabinet design, minimum brightness of 5,000 nits for outdoor visibility, and operate in -40'C to +50'C with a weather-resistant enclosure.. Use existing footings or provide an engineered stamped footing design if existing footings are inappropriate. Design a structure for the sign, engineered and stamped by a professional engineer. Provide a mock-up of the display rack with top header and municipal logo. Contractor is responsible for all electrical work in accordance with applicable codes, including a dedicated circuit with surge protection, disconnect switch, and proper grounding. Supply a cloud-based content management system, allowing remote access via internet, supporting video, text, images, scheduled content, and a minimum of three users. Complete operational testing, verify communication systems, and demonstrate all software functions. Provide online training for up to three staff and printed user manuals. Offer a minimum 5-year comprehensive manufacturer's warranty covering LED modules, power supplies, controllers, communication equipment, and associated labour. Submission must include detailed product specifications, shop drawings, foundation drawings (if required), warranty information, project schedule, and references for at least three similar installations. Tenders must be submitted as a single PDF by email, include all required documentation, and follow the instructions for amendments, withdrawals, and clarifications. The contractor must provide proof of insurance, safety accreditation, and a clearance letter from the Workers' Compensation Board of Nova Scotia.
