Provide a mock-up of the display rack with top header and municipal logo. Contractor is responsible for all electrical work in accordance with applicable codes, including a dedicated circuit with surge protection, disconnect switch, and proper grounding. Supply a cloud-based content management system, allowing remote access via internet, supporting video, text, images, scheduled content, and a minimum of three users. Complete operational testing, verify communication systems, and demonstrate all software functions. Provide online training for up to three staff and printed user manuals. Offer a minimum 5-year comprehensive manufacturer's warranty covering LED modules, power supplies, controllers, communication equipment, and associated labour. Submission must include detailed product specifications, shop drawings, foundation drawings (if required), warranty information, project schedule, and references for at least three similar installations.
