S.N. 072-5506 is a large, corrugated metal culvert on Riekena Road in Limestone Township. The structure was constructed in 1972 and has a Sufficiency Rating of 56.4. The bottom of the culvert is rusted and is heaving, which creates structural instability. Replacement is the most economical method to keep the road open. Fiscal Year 2026 Budget: $250,000; Total County Investment: $670,802; Total Project Cost: $1,250,000. The project is included in the County's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of November 3, 2025, project is funded for FY2026-2030. Per owner, there is no movement on the project yet. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
