Renovation of a military facility in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Paint stripping services are required for Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) Building 98. The work must comply with the Statement of Work (SOW) and all applicable clauses and provisions. The contractor will perform paint removal in accordance with FAR Part 12 requirements, ensuring proper handling and remediation of toxic chemicals under NAICS Code 562910. The project is set aside for small businesses and will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract with a 120-day period of performance. Contractors must be located within a 120-mile commutable radius of DSCR and meet all technical acceptability requirements, including past performance standards.
