Renovation of a parking garage in Burbank, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
**As of January 14, 2026, the RFP has canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** A. Replace two (2) elevators B. Provide all labor, engineering, tools, transportation, services, supervision, materials and equipment necessary for and incidental to satisfactory completion of required work as indicated in Contract Documents. C. Provide all required staging, hoisting, and movement of new equipment, reused equipment, or removal of existing equipment. D. Applicable conditions of BGPAA's General, Special, and Supplemental Conditions. E. Prime contracts are defined below and each is recognized to be a major part of required work to be performed concurrently in close coordination with work of other Contractors. 1. This Contract: Replacement of Two Elevators. 2. Include associated work specified in Section 019000. 3. Other projects such as the SE Quadrant Reconfiguration. F. Scope of Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Coordination, scheduling and management of work of component suppliers and subcontractors. 2. Modernize or furnish and install equipment as specified utilizing existing and/or modified elevator pit and machine rooms. 3. Barricading and protection of work areas. 4. Specific item of required work which cannot be determined to be included in another contract is thereby determined to be included in prime contract. Description: The Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority is requesting proposals from highly qualified firms to provide design build services to replace two passenger elevators in a parking structure.
