The Delta Meadows Park Property requires the services of a C-33 Painting and Decorating Contractor, issued by the California State License Board, to prepare and paint the exterior of the Locke Boarding House. The Locke Boarding House is located. The contractor is to provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to abate lead paint, prep siding, and prime and paint the approximately 4,500 square foot exterior of the Locke Boarding House. This project will consist of cleaning, scraping, siding repairs with putty or caulking (cracks, countersunk exposed nails, small holes, and cracks), sanding, priming, and painting. All work is to conform to current regulations, safety protocols, procedures, and CALOSHA requirements. The contractor is to complete the work within ninety (90) days of the contract start date.
