Work consists of: - Upgrades to greenhouses 5,6,7,8,9,10 (replacement of existing evaporator coolers and associated exhaust and relief exhaust fans with new evaporator coil systems, and upgrades to exhaust fans, relief fans, and new controls). - Construction of a clean room located in the based of the Header House (installation of a prefabricated Level 11 laboratory structure to be approximately 33-foot long by 18-foot wide by 9-foot-high modular lab unit, complete with mechanical, electrical, and architectural components). TIMELINE: Planning and design work is underway. Tender and construction schedules may be confirmed early spring 2026. *Budget to be confirmed.
