Reference Number 0000403130 Qualified individuals, firms or consortiums are invited to submit a sealed proposal to the Town of Breckenridge (hereinafter referred to as "TOWN") to provide design consulting services for the Silver Queen Water Main Upgrades ("PROJECT") for the TOWN. The TOWN is seeking design consulting services to upgrade the water distribution main between the Silver Queen Tank and Main Street/Highway 9 (see full RFP document for the project location). The selected Consultant shall lead the project including all design items associated with upgrading the water main through construction documents and submit all design reports, plans, specifications, construction cost estimates, schedules, locations for required easements, and any other documentation required to construct the project. The design shall follow the TOWN Engineering and Water Standards and TOWN Technical Specifications. Qualified individuals, firms or consortiums are invited to submit a sealed proposal to the Town of Breckenridge (hereinafter referred to as "TOWN") to provide consulting design services as outlined in this document for the Silver Queen Water Main Upgrades ("PROJECT") for the TOWN. The purpose of this solicitation is to bind a competent, experienced consultant into a formal Agreement with the TOWN to perform the work described in this Request for Proposals and the attachments hereto. Proposers are cautioned to read the entire Request for Proposal, noting all particular submittal requirements, including both substance and format. Failure to provide all requested information in the manner required might be cause for rejection of proposal at the sole discretion of the TOWN. This invitation should not be construed as a commitment of any kind on the part of the TOWN, nor does it commit the TOWN to pay for any costs incurred in the submission of a proposal package, nor for any costs incurred prior to the execution of a formal Agreement.
