The City of Davis requests prequalification submissions from qualified contractors interested in providing construction services such as Grading and/or Paving, Electrical (Site and/or Facility), Underground Utilities, Mechanical - Plumbing and/or HVAC, Concrete Sidewalk, Lift Stations, Facility Remodels, WWTP, and Roofs projects for the upcoming 2026 construction season. The City is seeking licensed contractors that wish to bid on specific public works projects to submit a questionnaire in order to bid on construction projects in 2026. Occasionally, the City may elect not to use the prequalification process, but generally will use this annual list. Pre-qualification requirements: Contractors must be licensed and interested in bidding on specific public works projects and must submit a questionnaire to be eligible to bid during the 2026 construction season.
