Site work for a water / sewer project in Crosby, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Scope of Work includes clearing approximately 5.6-acre surface area, construction of a 16" steel casing (approximately 250 LF), construction of a 16" water line (approximately 2,080 LF) including appurtenances and fittings, a 24" sanitary sewer line (approximately 391 LF) and 18" sanitary sewer line (approximately 1,690 LF) including manholes and associated structures. Instructions to bidders: Electronic bids are to be submitted online at www.CivcastUSA.com. Bids received after the closing time will not be accepted. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid conference is required for bid acceptance. Each bid must include a bid bond or certified cashier's check for at least 5 percent of the total bid. Bidders must register at www.CivcastUSA.com to view or download required project documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive defects and irregularities in the bidding process except for time of submitting a bid. Question Deadline 11/28/2025 Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online
